We strive to provide a seamless customer experience by partnering with top logistics providers to ensure efficient handling and delivery of your orders.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

  • Logistics Partnership

    • We collaborate with third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Dispatch Timelines

    • For the Delhi/NCR region, orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days post a 24-hour order processing period.

    • For orders across India, dispatch timelines are 7–10 business days after the 24-hour processing period.

  • Dispatch Details

    • All dispatch updates, including tracking information, will be shared via the email ID and/or mobile number provided during your order placement.

  • Unserviceable Areas

    • While we aim to ship across India, certain areas may be deemed unserviceable at our sole discretion. Orders for such areas may be cancelled, and customers will be notified accordingly.

    • If unserviceable, you can provide an alternate postal address for delivery, though we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Redirection of goods after their despatch may incur an extra charge.

  • Required Information

    • To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information such as name, shipping and billing addresses, landmarks, and contact details, including an email address and a working mobile telephone number. You consent to being contacted by us or our delivery partners for smooth processing.

  • Accuracy of Information

    • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete details for delivery.

    • We will not be liable for failed deliveries due to insufficient, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

  • Undeliverable Orders

    • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or lack of cooperation with the delivery agent, you will bear the transportation costs for both the attempted delivery and the return of goods.

  • Delivery Attempts

    • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the order remains undelivered, we reserve the right to cancel it and refund the amount, deducting shipping charges, for both the attempted delivery and the return of goods.

    • Additional delivery attempts may attract extra charges.

  • Potential Delays

    • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

      • Logistical issues beyond our control.

      • Weather disruptions.

      • Political unrest, strikes, or employee lockouts.

      • Acts of God, such as floods or earthquakes.

      • Other unforeseen situations.

    • We will attempt to notify you in case of delays via email or mobile. However, we are not liable for failure to notify or compensate for such delays.

  • Tracking Information

    • Once your order is processed, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) or a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order’s status and location on the logistics partner’s website or application.

  • Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi/New Delhi only.
