Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, please notify us via email at returns@whitesoflondon.in with a notice of cancellation within 07 (seven) days of receiving your order. Upon receiving this notice, we will provide instructions (where applicable) for returning the goods along with their original packaging for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to issue the refund, plus additional time for it to reflect in your account as per your financial institution or payment provider’s policies.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests beyond 07 (seven) days from the date of delivery will not be considered.

  • Contact us by email before shipping any items back; please wait for our response with instructions. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.

Terms and Conditions for Refunds

  • Product Condition:

    • Items must be in pristine, re-sellable condition in their original packing and must not be used, washed, soiled, damaged or dirty.

    • All tags, labels, ribbons, warranty cards, and other original attachments must be intact.

  • Packaging:

    • Returns must be sent in original packaging. Items with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

  • Inspection:

    • All returned items will be inspected by our senior staff to ensure compliance with our policy. The management’s decision regarding eligibility for a refund is final.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during special promotions.

    • Gift wrapping, shipping, and packaging charges (where applicable).

    • Gift cards (cannot be exchanged for cash).

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Product Sets:

    • Items sold as sets/packs cannot be returned as individual pieces.

  • Responsibility for Returns:

    • Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods in their possession and ensure items are returned undamaged.

    • Use a traceable delivery method (registered post or reputable courier) and retain proof of shipment.

  • Unsuitable Returns: Items not meeting the terms and conditions will not be processed for a refund and will be disposed of without compensation or prior notification.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
